Drop a note

Just say what happened — who was there, hours, what got done. Phoenix reads these on her rounds and files them into the book properly, in format.

You're on this book as a viewer: your notes go to Michael or Chris for a quick OK first. Watch them below — Awaiting approval until a writer says yes, then Phoenix files them into the Book.

Waiting notes

Notes Phoenix hasn't filed yet. When one is filed it leaves this list and the entry appears in the Book in its proper place — that's how you know it's done.

Nothing waiting. Everything submitted has been filed into the Book.

Add a day's work

Fill in what you can. Phoenix files it into the book exactly in format — if something's unclear she'll flag it back instead of guessing.

Approvals — viewer notes

Notes from viewers wait here for a writer's OK. Approve sends a note into Phoenix's filing queue; Deny keeps it out of the book (the row stays on record, and the viewer sees it as Not approved).

Nothing waiting for approval.

The Book

Filed day entries, week by week. Totals are per person, per week — there are no day totals, by design.

You're reading as a viewer — the whole book is open to you here. To add something, send it through Notes; it joins the book after a writer approves it.
